Chosen concepts are
modelled using 3D Cad to
produce photo-realistic
images and verify
compliance to safety
standards.
Once the initial 3D
concepts are approved we
undertake the process design
for manufacture.
This involves re-modelled
using advanced surfacing to
ensure all parts can be tooled
cost effectively. and produce
high quality finished parts.
We release full part tooling
data or ‘A surfaces’ depending
on the brief.
